Join Us in August!

The human connection to nature is innate. We were born in and lived in nature for thousands of years before the relatively recent phenomenon of spending copious amounts of time indoors became the norm. And those centuries of living and working outside created a relationship to the outdoors that is passed down in our DNA.

That means that despite our modern propensity to be inside more than out, being in nature still resonates inside us in ways we are just beginning to understand. It calms us, delights us, and inspires us. It makes us mentally and physically more resilient. It makes us better at solving problems, dealing with stress, and getting along with others.

That is the world we want to reintroduce you to during our weekend together. We’ll spend time learning about the power of nature and the various beneficial ways we can connect to it. We’ll venture outside to feel firsthand the awe, the serenity, and the joy of that connection. And we’ll come together as a community to process the powerful shifts we experience and help one another walk away with usable ideas and tools to reach new heights.

You will have the opportunity to experience being outside in ways that are accessible and meaningful for you. Our aim is to provide each participant with a science-based, inclusive, status-quo challenging experience that creates a catalyst for changing how you view the world and the possibilities that exist within it for you.

This immersive experience will

  • Relax your mind and rejuvenate your body to enhance your capacity to respond effectively to stress and fatigue.
  • Improve your focus and increase your productivity
  • Expand your vision of what is possible in your life and learn to prioritize and focus your goals to make that vision happen.
  • Give you a framework to help you connect the dots between different types and levels of nature experiences and the effects on your wellbeing.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a transformative process that empowers you to unlock your potential and achieve personal and professional goals. Through a collaborative partnership with a skilled coach, you’re guided to gain clarity, set meaningful objectives, and develop action plans.

Coaching won’t provide advice or solutions; instead, it focuses on facilitating self-discovery and self-directed growth. By asking powerful questions, listening closely to you, and providing objective feedback, coaches skillfully support you in exploring your strengths, values, and beliefs, while identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs or barriers that may be holding you back.

Coaching can help you in overall health and well-being. It can enhance self-awareness, boost confidence, improve decision-making skills, and foster resilience in the face of challenges. Through the coaching process, you’ll gain greater clarity, focus, and motivation, leading to increased effectiveness and fulfillment in your personal and professional lives.
