Group Coaching
Create your own group experience
Working toward your personal goals with other people who are on a similar journey is a proven way of creating your own support network.
Whether you are forming a team to tackle an adventure as a cohesive unit, like going backcountry hiking together, or you and a group of friends are supporting one another as you each work toward a personal goal, such as each of you running in your first 5K, group coaching gives you the chance to collaborate and support one another along the way.

Team Adventure Coaching
♦ Designed to help you work together toward a group objective where group success depends on each individual successfully executing their role. Sports teams, business partners, corporate leadership teams, school faculty or administration, or a group of close knit friends are all examples of potentially great teams. Build cohesiveness, trust, and morale through adventure!
- Going on an extended backcountry hiking trip
- Competing in a team relay event (see Blue Ridge Relay as an example)
- Riding a century (100 mile) cycling event as a team
